Q. Is it safe to order online?
A. Absolutely. We assure the complete protection of your information. When you place your order, you will be taken to our secure server prior to being asked for your credit card number. We use an address verification system to compare your billing address to your credit card on file with your bank. Ordering via our secure system is actually safer than using your credit card at a store or restaurant.
Q. What will show up on my credit card statement?
A.Credit card charges will appear on your statement as "www.maraboultd.com".
Q. How will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
A. All orders are processed within 48 hours and then shipped via express courier.
Please note that courier services will NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your address, we will have to send the package by regular air mail and this does not have a tracking number.It will also take 3-4 weeks to arrive this way. We highly recommend giving us a physical mailing address so that we can send your order by courier.
We pack all orders discreetly with no indication of the product inside. There is nothing written on the package that identifies the contents.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or tariffs imposed by their respective regulatory agencies.
